Indoor cycling today is arguably the best form of cardio-vascular exercise you can undertake. The bike absorbs most of your body weight allowing you to work highly effectively without placing undue pressure on your knees.

Most major gyms in Australia run multiple Indoor Cycling sessions and there is a growing need for appropriately qualified instructors - This is where Brian's BICA Level 1 course will prepare you superbly to become a professional Indoor Cycling Instructor.

"Thank you again for facilitating the excellent BICA course. Without doubt, it was the most worthwhile professional development I've undertaken in a long time. Do hope our paths cross again in the future."

- Jo Perkins
